Services held on Great & Holy Friday - 2025On Friday, April 18th, St. George completed services that were held on Great and Holy Friday (Good Friday). The first service was the afternoon Vespers service of Taking down from the Cross, and the second was held on Friday evening, the Matins service for Great and Holy Saturday, with the Praises (or Lamentations) at the Tomb of Christ.
