The St. George community recently completed the service cycle of Great Lent, Holy Week with the celebration of midnight Pascal Liturgy.

St. George was blessed with a return visit from Fr. Sergei, Lisa and Anna Bouteneff for Divine Liturgy on Sunday, October 23^rd. Fr. Sergei co-celebrated Liturgy with Fr. Dennis. Afterwards, the parish shared fellowship at a coffee hour in the church hall.

Today, we congratulated and asked God’s blessings on all the Veterans and active-duty military personnel in our parish community.  God Grant them many Years!

We offer thanks today for the blessings God has shown to the Albanian people and nation on the eve of the Albanian independence day know as Ditë e Flamurit or Albanian Flag Day.

On Sunday, December 4th, the St. George parish celebrated St. Nicholas Day for the parish children as part of a expanded coffee hour after Divine Liturgy.  Young and old gathered to decorate the tree, and enjoy the activities and fellowship.  The parish children also had a visit from Santa.  Click on the more information link below to view some photos.

Our Charity Collections for the months of October and November totaled $430.00  The money was sent to the Albanian Archdiocese to support the renovation of our Chancery building.

Christ is born! Glorify Him!  Krishti U-Lind! Lavdërojeni!  are the traditional Orthodox Christian Christmas greetings in both English and Albanian. The St. George Community recently completed the service cycle of Advent with Divine Liturgy for the Nativity of the Lord.
