Please click onto the following letter from the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church in America. The Holy Synod, at its May 1st meeting, is authorizing "His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon to assume additional authority proper to a Diocesan Bishop within the Diocese of New England and the Albanian Archdiocese."
