St. George wishes to thank Dave Denisevich who built and stained oak frames along with mounting the two icons St. George received as gifts from the former Nativity of the Holy Virgin Mary Church in Waterbury, CT.  The icons, which are of the Mystical celebration of Communion in heaven with Christ as the main celebrant, were mounted in the Altar (their traditional location). The Parish Council appointed a committee of three, Dave Denisevich, Bob Lazar, and Nardi Tollkuci, to oversee the project from beginning to the end. Again, we wish to thank the parishioners of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin Mary Church for these gifts. Additional thank you's to Joe Galich, Bob Lazar, and Tim Coughlin who helped with the mounting. 

These two icons complete the teaching of the church:  there is a continuous line from the Last Supper (this icon is usually found on the altar table) to the communion we are receiving in the present moment and with the communion of the Saints in heaven, which is depicted by these two icons, which together are called the Mystical Supper.  Below are some photos for viewing.
